The Sherman DIGIMIG 209 ProHIT 4R synergy welder is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using MMA (Metal Metal Metal electrode), TIG Lift and MIG/MAG methods. The inductance adjustment allows welding of thin sheets and soldering. Thanks to the change of polarity, it is possible to weld with both standard shielded wires and self-consuming powdered wires.   The unit allows the connection of a Spool Gun type holder with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or coloured wire. During MIG/MAG welding, synergy programmes for steel and Al alloys are available and manual settings can also be used.

The 4-roller feeder ensures stable wire feeding. The Fan Stop function used reduces noise at low welder load. The illumination of the feeder chamber makes it easier to insert wire and change rolls.  The roll holder helps to keep the work area tidy. The R21 standard shielding gas connection allows the use of a quick coupler to make changing the shielding gas easier and quicker.

A MIG holder, electrode wire and ground wire are included.
