Sherman DIGIMIG 225GDS synergic inverter MIG MAG MMA Brazing welder

The synergic Sherman DIGIMIG 225GDS welding machine is the most innovative device on the Polish market for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals by MIG / MAG, MMA (coated electrode) and TIG Lift methods. The device is aimed at professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. Thanks to the change of polarization, the device allows welding using the MIG / MAG method using both standard wires in protective gas shielding and self-shielding powder wires.

The welder allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG) with a mini wire feeder and a D100 steel or colored wire reel, so you can weld with two different wires without rearming the device.

Digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergic operation in the MIG / MAG method. The use of synergistic settings in the welding machine for ordinary and stainless steel as well as AlMg5 and AlSi5 aluminum alloys significantly simplifies its use and allows for use by people with less experience and hobbyists.

In MMA mode you can adjust ARC FORCE, HOT START and turn off VRD.

The device has the memory of the last setting, ie after it has been turned off and on again, the last set parameters are restored and the possibility of storing 40 sets of settings (10 for each welding method + 10 for manual MIG / MAG settings) with a separate program number display.

On the inside of the cover of the spool chamber there is a shortened guide for the welder to facilitate the current operation of the device.
