DIGITIG 204 QUATTRO welder with a plasma cutter

The DIGITIG 204 QUATTRO welder is used for manual TIG HF and MMA (covered electrode) welding of steel and non-ferrous metals with direct current with the possibility of using current pulsations. It also enables plasma cutting of steel, aluminum and copper sheets and elements. It is equipped with a cold welding function that allows joining thin elements, thanks to very low heat emission in the joining zone.

Digital control allows for full adjustment and control of the welding parameters of the arc and pulse characteristics. Thanks to the use of the Fan Stop function, which turns off the fan at low load on the welding machine, the noise level has been significantly reduced.

The set includes a TIG welding torch, a PT-31 plasma cutting torch, an electrode cable, a mass cable and an external air preparation unit for plasma cutting.
