The DIGITIG 325GD AC/DC MIX digital welding machine is a state-of-the-art device designed for professional use. It is built using IGBT technology and features digital control via a microcontroller (MCU). It is used for manual TIG welding of steel and non-ferrous metals using both direct and alternating current. Additionally, the welder features an innovative mixed current welding capability – combining direct current (DC) and alternating current (AC) – which significantly increases its versatility and enables exceptional weld quality in challenging applications. The unit is equipped with an MMA (coated electrode) welding option.

The welder allows for full digital adjustment and control of welding parameters, including arc characteristics and pulse settings, as well as selection of the AC current waveform. In TIG mode, the unit allows for arc ignition both by friction (TIG Lift) and via an ioniser (TIG HF). It features VRD, HOT START and ARC FORCE functions, the ability to operate in two-stroke and four-stroke modes, and spot welding. The machine has a memory function for the last settings, meaning that when it is switched off and on again, the last set parameters are restored. It is also possible to save 10 sets of pulse and welding current settings. The Fan Stop function switches off the fan when the machine is not under full load, which significantly improves working comfort. The set includes a liquid-cooled TIG welding torch, an electrode cable and a ground cable.

An efficient cooler, designed specifically for this welder, is included to cool the welding torch. The use of a heat exchanger built on a copper coil and a stainless steel pump significantly increases cooling efficiency and extends the service life of the unit. The entire unit is mounted on a stable trolley, featuring a very practical shelf for accessories and tools, holders for welding wire, and hooks for the torch and welding cables.
