Sherman Inverter Synergic MIG 200HD welder SET + ALU SPOOL GUN 

The synergic
Sherman MIG 200HD welder is used for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous
metals. It enables MMA (coated electrode), TIG Lift, and MIG / MAG welding in a synergic and manual mode. Due to the change of polarity, the device allows MIG
/ MAG welding with the use of both standard wires in a protective gas shield
and self-shielding flux-cored wires. 

The device allows you to connect a Spool
Gun with a mini wire feeder installed in it and a D100 steel or colored wire
spool. Adjusting the inductance allows braze welding of thin galvanized
elements. The welder can work in synergic or manual mode with the option of a
quick return to the initial synergic settings. The device has built-in
automatic HOT START and ANTI STICK functions, it also allows you to save 20
sets of parameters for the MIG method.
 
On the
inside of the spool chamber cover there is a shortened guide for the welder to
facilitate the day-to-day operation of the device with a detailed description
of access to the adjustable operating parameters. The device is made in IGBT
technology that allows for a significant reduction in the weight and dimensions
of the welding machine and an increase in efficiency while reducing energy
consumption. The welder is used in closed or roofed rooms, not exposed to
direct weather conditions.


The device
is equipped with a MIG welding gun, an electrode cable and a ground cable with
a clamp.

With the welding set you will get the Spoolgun which is mounted at the mini feeder and D100  wire spool of aluminium wire , so you can weld two different wire welding without retooling. This solution saves time when the need for welding different materials or different thicknesses up casual use of wires.
