The TIG 215P AC/DC inverter welder is a multi-process welding machine designed for the following manual welding methods:

MMA (Manual Metal Arc / coated electrode welding): Direct current (DC) welding of structural steels.
TIG DC method (Tungsten Inert Gas / direct current): Welding with a non-consumable electrode in an inert gas shield (argon) of steel, copper and its alloys.
TIG AC method (Tungsten Inert Gas / alternating current): Welding with a non-consumable electrode in an inert gas shield (argon) of aluminium and its alloys.

The machine offers extensive configuration options for TIG process parameters, including:
DC pulse welding: Provides control over linear energy, reduces distortion and improves weld quality, particularly with thin materials.
Current decay time adjustment: Enables smooth arc extinction, preventing the formation of craters and end cracks.
Pre- and post-gas flow control: Control of the gas shielding time before arc ignition and after arc extinction, which protects the electrode and the weld pool from oxidation.
AC frequency control: Controls the focus and shape of the arc during aluminium welding.
AC current balance adjustment: Allows adjustment of the ratio of the positive and negative halves of the current, enabling control of penetration depth and surface cleaning (removal of oxides).

Additionally, the welder is equipped with:
Fan Stop function – thanks to which the fan only starts when needed, reducing noise, limiting component wear and reducing the amount of dust drawn in.
R21 quick-connect gas connection – ensuring a quick, secure and convenient connection to the gas supply, in accordance with industry standards.
